Don’t write reviews but my mom always pays her bills here recently she went and she came back very upset the employee helping her was ALFONSO my mother explained she needed to pay a bill he said I can’t, no reason or explanation mind the fact that my mother only speaks Spanish But can somewhat understand English and he told her in English, so then she proceed to tell him she wanted a money order, what really upset me was that he told her, “tell me in English” knowing she cannot speak English. very rude I understand not everyone is bilingual but what they need to understand is how are they gonna work in a place that transfers money to all Latin countries and not put someone who speaks Spanish and English horrible service I will not let my mother come here again I rather drive the extra time than let her go there again ! Very upset customer ! I will be telling my friends not to go there either

I hate leaving reviews but people need to know to be careful when buying anything from this place. They are sketchy and the employees wow they are something else, really rude people never coming back again.

Never been to such an unprofessional pawn shop in my life! Waste of my time. I usually never leave reviews but I felt like I had to on this one. The first lady that helped me out was honestly nice but was offering me $2 for something I was trying to sell. So I told her no thank you. I asked her if they take in microwaves and auto tools. She said yes but we have to take a look at it to see if it's in good condition. So I go back to my car to get the microwave. As soon as I walk in, the Latina lady with the black hair gave me a dirty look and looked back at all her co-workers . So I said "you guys don't take microwaves?" And she said "yea buuut, not countertop that big". She could have just said we don't take them and simple as that. But she decided to give me a dirty look and be all rude about it!? I spoke out and said "you guys don't take microwaves like this one obviously because all of you gave me a weird look when I walked in ! " And she goes "yeaaaaa" in the rudest way ! I definitely won't be coming back !!!

Came in here to cash in a small 5 gram 24kt gold bar. Walked in, the too very young clerks behind the counter instantly turn their heads to me, and then look Away without saying anything. (Way crumby service there) But the por quality this place provides doesnt stop there. Once I handed my bar to the young gentleman, he comes back and asks what I want for it. No other words. No eye contact either. If I werent savvy with gold and its current market price anf ask for something low he would have easily taken advantage of me. To say that and not at least talk to the customer is SHITTY. And shady. Then after I told him the true value he offers to give me half of value lo . I understand trading in gold comes with a cost/fee but Ive been to many places like this and have never been offered more than a 10 percent fee. Be leary of this place. Very unethical/poor service.

Garbage pawn shop, poor advertising and ran like a garage sale. Never go to this spot, they will rip you off and you will be more than disappointed.
