I can tell you that James was extremely effective at calming an anxiety ridden situation down. He spoke calmly, listened, and provided solutions. I was at my wit's end at that point and although I know his actions were a taught skill by Rushmore, it worked and I am thankful. I do no have a monthly plan for my phone as I cannot afford it and was fearful we would be cut off at any moment. At least I can talk to a person instead of a computer. I would never recommend Rushmore for anything. they have a hard time managing mortgages and the escrow it takes for a whole year. My payment started at 873.00 a month, now 6 years later I am at almost 1100.00 dollars a month. every time I call they say it's a shortage in your escrow. mind you I also did a new home owners insurance to a savings of 1200$. and Had to call them and tell them, as they were going to keep the extra. It's amazing how they are still in Business. But if nobody questions what they are doing they will just keep doing it. The only good thing about them you do get to talk to a person when you call.
