This place is almost always empty for a reason.
Today at Union Bank Imperial Beach to add someone to an account have had to wait over 30 min on the 1 banker available. Two individuals left without getting service. I overheard too much chit chat before starting the new account process on the client sitting the bankers at the desk.Also no notory service at this bank. Wells Fargo a more professional
Very poor customer service. Waited for more than 1 hour on a Saturday until we couldn't wait nomore and have to leave. We did not do what we planned to do. What a waste of time. Will never come to this branch anymore. Other staff cannot even help out the 1 lady attending all the walk-in appt to open an account. Too much chit chatting. Time is gold for a working mother like me. Every minute counts.
No ATM in anywhere and service is slow
Theres usually only 1 teller working at any given time. Expect to spend at least 20 minutes trying to deposit a check or make a withdrawal. Staff is unprofessional and poorly trained.
