ACE Cash is not as great as their publicity makes it seem. I went to cash a check here but the woman attending me was unable to cash it only because she had never heard of the company issuing the check. Such behavior tells me that ACE verifications systems are defective. It don't matter if the individual has never heard of a company; that can verified through a complient verification system.

Absolutely crabby and unhelpful, does not process card as credit (no option to) so after waiting 20 minutes in a line of 3 PEOPLE I was turned away because my bank is more secure and would not let me do debit. Terrible experience, now I'm running an hour late to my appointment because I didn't get the proper questions answered and this company cannot be bothered to move into the 21St century
