Was very easy the first time, however Yotzime, the clerk, scrutinized me for no reason, and attempted to turn me away from cashing my check because I cashed 1 on monday (Thanksgiving... didnt work Thursday or Friday.) So on Saturday she says that THEIR STORE POLICY is that a check cannot be cashed until the previous check clears. Even though according to my employer, the check has already cleared the bank on Tuesday December 3rd. Basically she is trying to regulate and override her company's policy does not mention anything about this protocol. Someone has some sort of authoritarian type issues, and it makes me rather unhappy to see such bias in a corporate setting. Not a very helpful place, although they claim to be here for just that. False information hater employees earn them the above rating..
Walked in with two waiting in front of me.. meanwhile the teller name “Jazmin” was too busy flirting than working. Second employee comes around 9:40 “Leslie” and she begins doing unneeded tasks, instead of helping reduce the wait time. Re train these agents on customer service please. Then proceeded to try to charge me 15.00 for a 400.00 check... now my check is on hold because the teller didn’t know what she was doing and took it from the bank without confirming the charges with me.
Poor phone skills, horrible customer service
The wait is ridiculous. And the employees need better training. There was only one person working, and the line was out the door. The one girl that was working was extremely rude and insisted on making things more difficult than they needed to be. She kept insisting the only way she could verify my employment by speaking to someone, and refused to listen when I kept trying to explain that the company is a large corporation and they provide a employee verication number to call. She refused to understand that calling a large company and asking to speak to me is imppossible. After spending over an hour in line and another hour at her window while she calls a company with thousands of employees and mulitiple locations expecting to have someone verify my employment, I decided doing business here was not worth it.
Useto be good, not any more. I work in yucapia, (10 am to 5 pm) live 4 miles from this store, went in a 9: 00 am so i could get my transaction done and get to work, i waited an extra 15 min. While the one girl counted down the draws for the day ( couldnt they come in 15 min. earlier to get that done?) so at 9:25 im leaving for work not good. Tonight i leave work and haul butt to get to hemet by 6 i made it, at 5:55 go to the door to find it locked...they are closed I need to get this done but cant now.. After i found the doors locked and the 2 girls in there, counting down draw i walked to my car checked the time again...i called them at 5:59 and asked what time they closed..i was told they closed at 6:00....I wont be back..im done. I go into work early to get the office ready for the day...so people arent wasting their time waiting on me...and i keep the office open until. 5:00 so people dont get what i got..its a common courtesy, (so i thought) to be open during posted hours...
