This place has made so many mistakes with my account, the latest being the final straw for ever working with them again. I was unable to come in person to pay back a cash advance loan, and I called and asked them to please just do the option to take it out of my bank account. They agreed but then waited a few days before taking it out which ended up overdrawing me. Even though I was explicitly told it was going to be done that night. That's my fault for assuming it was done, but they then continued to put the money back and then take it out a second time. Fast forward almost two months, I'm thinking it's been paid and I'm finally done with them, but I get a call telling me I owe a fee...but if I reloan with them again they will "waive it". Totally insane. Obviously a scam. Go to check into cash if you really need these services.
