I currently have an account with this branch and I’ve always paid my payments on time... I called for some questions and spoke with Billy and Maria... Let me just say that these two employees were very unprofessional and rude, continued to lie to me and gave me the run around... I asked to speak with Gregory who is the branch manager and they didn’t know who he was. How can you work somewhere everyday and not know who your boss is? I’m very disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend going here... I’m in the process of filing a complaint and I’ll be transferring.
I like how Billy has a fake profile to contradict bad reviews on him. This company is fraudulent!!! Making up lies to get there clients to sign loan agreements and then say they never said anything of the sort. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone! Get better employees!!!!
