Great staff, friendly and efficiant. If you've never been to a payday loan spot before know that the process can take a bit of time so be patient call ahead to know what you need to bring in with you regarding proof of address and proper identification. The staff is terrific, though I am looking forward to paying off my loan entirely the staff has been pleasant and fun to interact with in my time of payday loan need.

Slow service. Lack in problem solving skills. I had to delegate what needed to be done - like you know how to give proper customer service. Also it’s 2018 why does the rep have to call another store to transfer files ? Update your software people or maybe make it your business to ask your customers if that “original” store the file got transferred from is their “store of choice” —the most common one they go to and reset it back to that store ! I am at the store as I write this review listening skills need to be up to par ! Omg. I have been here about thirty minutes ONLY to be told that the guy that initally spelled my name in the computer spelled it incorrectly !!!! They finally found me. I provided my drivers license so there’s no issues. Please speak with Lucy and her professionalism.
