I've been here a couple times and have had nothing but an amazing experience. Karen always remembers my name and greets me with a smile. Her new coworker Brooke is just as kind. They really are great with customer service, they make you feel like family.
I haven't been here in years, but when I walked in to see what I needed to qualify, the staff was so inviting. Their smiles never left their faces, which was wonderful! Thank you Karen & Brooke!
Went there ten minutes before closing time today and asked the lady if she could cash a check for me, she replied "we don't cash checks" ??? Ok bad customer service. I was cashing my tax return also so they lost my business for good. FYI it was a blonde older women
This is the worst place to get a loan out at, I've dealt with a lot of advance America's and this is the worst go to the salinas one in the food Maxx parking lot it's way better and their employees aren't rude. This manager needs to be sent to manager training since she thinks it's ok to hang up on customers.
