Speedy cash is great for emergency expenses. Idk why there are so many bad reviews. You have to sign a contract in the terms and agreements if you miss that's on your part. It is their JOB to collect any FUNDS you may owe them it DOES say that if you dont pay back the day promised you will get a fee and charge you interest. I've taken out at least 2 loans with no problem. Also the girls at speedy cash greet every client that comes through the door.
Rosario is awesome! She is always very polite, and willing to go above and beyond for me to make sure every visit is a splendid one.
Horrible customer service. I got the loan but the girls that work there are rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location. When I call for assistance they are very rude and transfer my call without telling me and I have to re-explain myself again to the next person.
Man this place is such a joke they are rude and unprofessional they treat you like you gonna take they're paycheck away and because of that it cost me $55 because I couldn't get my car out of the shop because I couldn't pick up the car and they charge $55 for storage but it turns out that the bank did authorize speedy Cash to cash the check but I was told the bank had denied it and it turned out to be a LIE!! It had been authorized the day before well look for options around I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place period RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!!!! how these places stay in business?
This place is horrible and Rosario provides the worst service of all. She thinks she can treat or say whatever she wants because she is the manager. She acts like she is better than anyone. Worst service ever.
