Wow!!! Terrible service… I don’t typically use check-cashing services but I just got off the phone and I cannot believe how rude and difficult this company is. I simply called to find out what the rate is to cash an IRS refund check. I had to give all kinds of information which I’m still wondering why??? And was told I have to bring the check to get a quote on the rate to cash it??? Sounds to me like they are sizing customers up to see how much they can rip them off for… Again I am not a check cashing type customer it was a one time thing… But when I started questioning the process the girl got extremely rude with me. My advice is to not use this company as the service is terrible and they really seem to not be very honest!!! If you can’t simply quote a rate on the phone then something is not right about your business!!!
