The worst customer service in Fresno. Do not go to cash ur checks here and don't even go there if you need to use Western Union because they have the dumbest people in Fresno working there.
Went in today to send my children money thru western union so my grown children could have money tomorrow for game day. To barbecue. I was told after repeating my phone number 7 times by Veronica that I need to open an profile and she needs to take a picture of me why I don't know I gave her my California driver's license to view but she insisted on taking my picture at that point I ask for my I D back I should have went to FreshCo grocery store I give it the grocery store a five star they didn't racial profile me only ask me my phone number 1 time I have sent money to relatives with western union more than 10 times and Veronica told me I'm not in Western union info . I had to leave and go to FreshCo wow I never thought I would be racial profile trying to send money.
