If I could I wouldn't even give them a star at all. It's the 2nd of the month on a Saturday morning and they only have one clerk. I've literally been in line for over 30 minutes with about 15 other people. And to top it off the only clerk moved like he had all day. No respect what so ever for other peopls time.
Off the bat, the guy Jose was rude after I ask him how his morning was. I went there wanting to cash my payroll check and he said they were going to charge me $18 to cash a $421 check! Seriously! Plus, he said he needed my job to verify my check and he proceeded to call my job to see if I work there. After 4 attempts of him dialing my employer's number incorrectly, my job says I work there and Jose still wouldn't cash it. He then hands me a paper to fill out asking for information like my SSN and two references to call right then and there. On the wall, it says they cash payroll checks for $3 and this disrespectful A-Hole told me it was $18. Don't like your job, quit instead of being lazy and making other people's lives miserable because you hate it.

Lady was rude. They don't cash a 401k bank check without contacting company. What company? It's a bank check on a 401k my money I paid into this bank account. Contact them for what? They dispersed my money to me per my request. This is the first I heard of this but I have had many problems here
