UPDATE- Patelco contacted me and made it right. Thank you! This bank stole almost $100 from me, inactivity fees because my account wasn't being used enough for their taste, I guess. Would have been nice to let me know. However, I didn't find out until I tried to access my account and when I called to ask if the charges could be reversed, they refused, even though they had an incorrect address on the statements (didn't match my address on file). Awful service, don't bank with them.
