To my surprise it wasn’t real gold, however I still feel compelled to leave a positive review due to the outstanding customer service I received from Fermin. Although we weren’t able to do business, we had a great exchange of words and I left feeling that he cared about providing a good experience with me regardless. He offered to clean my necklace and that showed me his genuine care in regards to excellent customer service. Fermin, good job bud..... I would have left you a 5-star review even if you didn’t ask for one.
