If only I could rate this place no stars, I had went in today to cash my fasfa check. The lady right away said she didn't want to. Without even looking at my check. She just asked where it was from. I've cashed my fasfa check there before. It's just that lady was to lazy to verify it. That was before waiting 30 minutes for a long line that only one 2 workers were there. It's just the lady was lazy. Bad experience and poor Management this place has.
If i could gove no stars i would. Once i spoke to Isabel. I got an attitude right away. I lost my card. And she said no one has ever came in with this problem. I cant stand people who dont know how to help people when we put our money to ace. Thanks Isabel
They do not have at least 2 cashiers on Friday. Especially when your handicapped and are standi g with a cane. July 15....It was a hot day. No air conditioning for your customer. But you can feel the cold air coming from the teller window. Long line again only one cashier. I will be ending my business with this business. The only care about their money and not the customer! One last comment...All the cashiers are nice and friendly. Excellent Customer Service especially while they are the only cashier being nice and courteous while working under pressure. I hope ACE appreciate their hard work. They deserve a raise and another person to help them WITH Friday and weekend long lines!!
