We do all of our business banking here. That part is great. When we have to actually visit the branch, everyone is very friendly, but there is usually a wait since there is typically only one and sometimes two tellers. Just a little slow.
Banks horrible one teller on friday durring rush hour? What kind of manager does that! Hello get a new manager!
After about 12 minutes of waiting, I couldn't cash a 605.00 check because they couldn't verify the signature on check. But they didn't care about calling the person who wrote the check to me to confirm the transaction. Terrible service.
I have a same complaint as well as most people do. and that's the horrible wait time. They are very understaffed, which is very inconvenient if you're trying to stop there during lunch or if you're in a rush
