Hassle free banking.
I was not looking forward to coming to the bank to exchange money; however, I was in for a surprisingly good experience. No one was in line. I was in and out in approximately 5 minutes. The teller was nice and prompt. I was also greeted by a manager.
They waste people's time by keeping your debit card "accidentally" stuck in their atm machine. They did that to me and when i went inside to get it back they took over 30mins. Ridicules and not professial staff.
There's no such thing as perfect only the utmost attempt to provide the best service possible. I give them 5 stars. Needs improvement...as ALL BANKs can use improvements. Wells is chaotic and CHASE you can never find parking during peak hours. Sun Comm... bankers are always talking amongst themselves and forget about customers. You literally have to walk up to them and let them know you need help and interrupt their conversations. Even then they send you with a teller and turn back to their conversations.
Tellers were really helpful and attentive to my banking issues.
