Trash Customer Service. I called like 15 times and no one answers the phone, just a BS response saying “sorry no one can answer the phone right now” fix your customer service, I had no choice but to go in person.
Customer Service over the phone is always a hassle to get a hold off and once you get a rep to answer they put you on hold forever. I got tired of calling and waiting that I had no choice to go in person. Not OKAY.
