This was a good experience. They offer a variety of different loan products for both good and bad credit. Yet it doesn't seem like a fly by night company that does title loans. Everything is explained thoroughly. They made it easy to understand and Natalia was extremely professional. No hard sales but appropriate follow up. It was very fast and easy but not a complete rip off. I would definitely recommend them.
Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Yes! I needed a loan but this was grossly absurd after being a client for 4 years. The interest rate would cost me more than the loan itself. Then they wanted a bi weekly payment saying it would cut the interest down. What sealed the deal is that Gabi told me it would show up as an auto loan but it was a personal loan on credit report. Nitia needs some better communication skills and absolutely horrible to deal with. The ring leader is Andy who charged me fees that were not needed. Please stay away and I'm glad I switched to find at least some integrity. Not what I expected and definitely would not recommend.
