If you enjoy waiting in line for an extended period of time, while watching the bank host just smile and do nothing, this bank is for you! This bank has management problems. I just moved from the East Coast. I went in with only one teller open. I thought fine. Sadly, 25 minutes later, the teller finally finished with the only client before me. Apparently, the woman teller was training a gentleman during lunch. Why train someone with only one teller available and during lunch hour when it will be obviously crowded? In the meantime, five other people immediately followed me in the cue, all of us waiting. Three of the people waiting said that the long lines and difficulty to make a transaction all plague this location. I just don't get it. The bank itself is very nice. It is clean, fresh and new. It is sad when management fails as it really doesn't matter how clean and new the bank may be. Poor customer service is this banks downfall.
I came in without a min’s waiting to have my boa account opened. Lyn is the most professional banker I have ever met in this area. Super attendant to customer’s needs and even think ahead for her customer’s benefits. go for Lyn if you want a better service.
Very poor customer service. Called to inquire about a service and the gentlemen on the phone had a poor grasp of English. Was transferred to someone that told me they don't offer free services for their customers and go elsewhere before proceeding to hang up the phone. This branch does not deserve your business.
Worse customer service ever !!!, avoid this bank , they make everything wrong and hard ,better the one in Norco .
If you have other choices, donot go this branch. It is very time consuming. It needs improvements on customer service. No one is on the reception area, and having very poor service management. The way to treat customers is absolutely ridiculous. I saw one banker sitting inside of a office, but stayed silent for not doing anything on the customers waiting in the reception area. Most of rooms are empty, no bankers are available to serve you.
