As far as Banks School initials pretty good the staff is friendly and they tend to work through the lines fairly quickly. Gets busy around lunch time. I recommend coming after 1 p.m. if you're in a hurry. it's easily accessible it's right on the corner of Diamond Bar Boulevard and Golden Springs Road. if you do have time I recommend going to the pho place right next door.
Close early on holidays but don't post any signs but don't put up signs, or close 5 mins before the actual posted hours. Pretty annoying. My wife and I really hate this backwards bank, looking forward to paying off our loan!
