The staff was friendly but ultimately not competent even a little. Our application to open a very basic account by a manager was riddled with various typos, the phone center -again polite- was unable to fix much, papers were not sent, we spent weeks unable to access the account. We ultimately closed the account and shudder to think what would have happened with bigger-value accounts like car loans or a mortgage.
I just relocated to the US recently. Lupita helped me open a checking account, get a credit card and an auto loan with excellent terms. Also, she was very nice and helpful in general, and available on email and on phone. I warmly recommend.
To close loan account, they asking write down "why" in white paper in hand writing, they do not have such official form ...??? And then it has to turn-in to back office and the office closed on Saturday. -_- .. I have to have another trip during week day. It is "Primitive Credit Union" not "Technology Credit Union".. I made same thing in Keypoint Credit Union in 5 mins on same day. Very bad experience.
Last Saturday I went to help my mom to create account. That’s day duty officer, her attitudes so annoying and not nice. One star I don’t want to give them.
