There are no real benefits to use Ace to get money. $400 daily limit stinks, I might as well use a regular ATM.
They don't even answer the phone...why would i want business here
There was one person running the store so I was just going to cash a check and only had one I.d so she never asked me for another form of I.d and I asked her if i would be able to cash my check before she called my job,before she called the bank,before she took a photo of me,before she typed my info into the system and she said YES I just have to make a phone call 20 mins later she tells me she can't cash my check because I dont have another I.d so I would give a zero for being dishonest wasting a customers time and not caring about the customer her name was Benia horrible customer service.
Very unfriendly staff that were to busy on the phone, ď flirting with some guy while he was on speaker phone. Talking about and saying VERY innaoripriate things in Spanish. Such as curse words and sexually themed convos. Paying very little attention to my requests or services I needed taken care of. So I just left mid transaction. I don't recommend this particular branch at all.
