Although I wasn't approved for the full amount requested, it was a pleasure working with Rexie and Cathy. Very quick and smooth process. It took less than a week from initial contact to funding. Would definitely refer for business loans.
The parent company has a great mission, unfortunately my experience with employees at this particular office was very disappointing. I paid off a small loan in full within the term period agreed, and the staff at this office attempted to damage my payment history with the company by emphatically recording deliquent payments even when not applicable. It almost seemed like group of employees at this particular office tried every strategy at their disposal to prevent me from meeting the terms of the loan and being successful within the program. At one point I was eligible for a loan renewal 6 months in to the loan (which is standard), and was denied because they claimed I did not use the funds from the original loan to consolidate debt, but instead towards marketing & advertising to drive sales. Since when is a loan provider permitted to unilaterally determine use of funds, and then use that as a reason to deny eligibility in the future? Because I earmarked funds to be used from the renewal and was wrongfully denied, the staff here almost cost my company a major business opportunity. They also refused to meet with me in person to resolve my concerns. Very disappointed with the staff here.

Horrible waste of time. After reviewing all the documents, they approved me with the $55k business loan. At the final step, Mana (their representative) asked the document that can't be even existed (2017 Business Tax Return). All the documents were clearly stated that the business was founded in 2018) they're unable to move forward with a business loan at this time. This is my second waste of time with them (first time they decline my personal loan). Don't repeat my mistake - this company is a waste of time.
