Good service and helpful people
Terrible customer service. You wait in line for awhile get to the window and tell the clerk you need to take money from your account and deposit it into another ace account, and the woman says I will need to get out of line and fill out a money gram form, then get back in line. But if you go to the 1st/Shaw branch, they'll do it without hesitation at the window. No need to get out of line. The Willow branch has lazy employees there, I would never recommend that branch to anyone.
Best place ,the nicest people. They know me by name once I walk in the door,if the line seems long just be patient.
