Not sure why all the bad ratings , they were very helpful and courteous and helped me out when I was in a pinch, they made the process easy, definitely will utilize them again in the future when in a bind.
Do not do business with them very unprofessional
New guy was super nice but struggling while his supervisor sat and refused to help so we had to wait for a half an hour. Ridiculously rude. Definitely will not be back here.
DO NOT GO HERE!! They put down the wrong date I got paid, put the check in a week before I got paid so my account overdrafted and got a fee. When I went in and tried to get a refund for the overdraft fee, they were less than accommodating and told me because I signed the contract, there was nothing they could do. I even asked if they were willing to split the fee considering I gave them my pay check stub from the previous week, told them I got paid bi-weekly and yet they still put me down to pay them back not even a week after. Isn’t that the whole point of a PAY DAY LOAN?!?! I realize I was part to blame for not double checking the date, but thought nothing of it considering I’ve been here multiple times (purely out of conveniency) and they had all the information they needed to understand when my actual pay day was. They couldn’t even take a little liability for the situation, NEVER going here today. Worst customer service!
A simple money order purchase can take up to 15 minutes of paper work and it was less than 1,500.00 go to Safeway faster cheaper and better customer service
