The night before I visited the Canoga ave/ Sherman way store I called 10 minutes before closing inquiring if I could qualify ( Jocelyn I think? Closing shift on 6/24/19 ) and like most employees right before closing try to rush to get off the phone she was very informative and pleasant , she answered all my questions and I slept better that nite not stressing about getting a short term loan after being turned down from 2 other online loan companies prior, on to the morning of 6/25/19 around 9am I entered speedy Cash slightly stressed because I didn't know if I would qualify ( car was towed nite before) so I was greeted wholeheartedly by employee Bania/Bamia and I explained my situation to her and she started immediately the process of lmplementing my documentation into the system, she was very customer service friendly, polite and courteous and I felt better about being approved with her positive vibe, sure enough after only Maybe 20 minutes I was opening a speedy Cash account with a big smile and a sign of big relief, I'm from Michigan and a single father of 2 son's with no family out here and didn't want to ask any family members to Western Union money to me honestly, so I really appreciate speedy Cash and it's warm very helpful staff for making a stressful situation better and I will entertain this company if needed in the future Sincerely RON YOUNG

The customer service here is excellent the reason why I know is because I was in customer service for 20 years and it’s easy to be energetic in the morning but i usually come in the afternoon right before they close and people like Crystal, Lucy, Bania and Joe Joe are all so very helpful and energetic and they make it a pleasure for me to cash my check their every time. One day I went to another Speedy Cash-and to cash my check and the service was not the same it was horrible.
