I've never had a bad experience up until recently. Personal banker Marcela was extremely rude ask for my ID and social security number in which I've never had to ever hand out to a personal banker to deposit money. Very rude and unprofessional never apologized after it went through and it turns out I was correct. I never needed it. I asked to speak to her supervisor, the supervisor was unprofessional and pretty much told me off. She made underhand comments like I guess I'm the only one doing my job.
Nice and helpful people.
