I love banking with you but to sign up on line is a pain. I did it all and I still can't send an e-mail to you. Now I will have to go into the bank.
I have no idea what the previous review was from. I don't pay any fees. I have had them go way out of the way for me and even call me to make sure I didn't incur fees when I screwed up. Very friendly and pretty ladies working there..
Seriously, the best, personal service like you just don't get anymore. They know us, they know our names, you get a real person when you talk to them on the phone and the list goes on and on. Lisa, the branch manager is a class act all the way. HIGHLY recommended to anyone who wants quality service from the heart.
No idea what the 1 star rating below is referencing. There are plenty of other bank options in the Bonsall / Fallbrook area. That being said Pacific Western has been my best experience thus far. Never a long wait. Very polite and courteous staff. They don't pull any of the shady stunts that I was experiencing at some of the other banks. I would definitely recommend this bank to a friend.
