I'm a local in Big Bear, 13 years in November. I personally think everyone is really nice at this Bank. If you have any issues going on, then talk to someone directly at the local location. Michael and Rouke are super nice and welcoming, and everyone at the counters are really nice. They like to make sure you stay happy banking with them! :-)
Had cash deposited into my account during business hours. Cash showed in my available balance. Next morning, the entire deposit is missing from the statement like it never even took place. Support said I need to call the branch once it opens as it went into some 'holding' gray area.....umm excuse me, this was a CASH DEPOSIT. Shady banking tactics trying to hold funds when low and push through transactions to milk those overdrafts. 10 year customer, I will be closing my account with USBank over these shenanigans.
Horrible experience I’m done they took my money for a OD protection fee twice they took just over a 100 out of my account.im closing it out I’m over it.
