There should be a class action suit filed against this business. They've taken advantage of many students looking to get some relief from their school loans. Including my wife and son's loans. They falsify what they can do for you. Once they get your money they no longer answer your phone calls!! Your loan is in limbo! Stay clear of this scam!!! You've been warned.
They are not at the location they are pretending to be at, their listing is for a virtual office somewhere in Beverly Hills...They are located in a run down building located on the corner of Colgate St./N. Fairfax Ave. if I am not mistaken on top of the Fight Bike place. Further more, for all people considering doing a student loan modification. Keep in mind you can do this on your own, just contact your loan servicer and ASK FOR THE INCOME REPAYMENT PROGRAM. If you work in the public sector (nurse, teacher, cop, firefighter etc...), the better it is for you (the programs are much better). I wish you all the best of luck, I hope I have been help full.
If I could give them negative -5 stars that would be better. This place is a total scam and stole $800 of my hard earned money. They take advantage of people that are in volnurable economic situations. I emailed them to ask for a redund and I never heard anything back.

Scam. Told me my loans were all forgiven if I paid them $800 for processing fees (BASED OFF MY INCOME). Made me pay for 5 months and said they'd send me paperwork. Never received said paperwork. After my final payment, I get a call from my loan servicer. They transfer me to the fraud department after I tell them "no my loans were forgiven through this company." Turns out most major loan servicers do NOT take information or processing from third party companies because of situations like these. Called them 2 weeks ago and demanded my money back and my account to be closed. They said 5-7 business days. Never got my repayment. I'll give them until Friday. If they don't do it by then, they're in for a whole new world of hurt. Legal hurt.
