Avoid this place if you can and go elsewhere. There are only two girls and one is usually busy doing whatever so the service is very slow. The representative with glasses, Ana I think her name is, is very rude and just looks like she hates her job and everyone she has to help. The only reason I can imagine this place is still in business is because people need the money, but if you can I highly suggest going elsewhere. They give you incorrect information, always sour faced and just unbearably slow when it comes to service. There's a reason why all the reviews for this place are so low.
I would’ve given them zero stars if I could! HORRIBLE customer services. I will absolutely avoid this place at all costs. Go to the place just on the other side of the 91 fwy (in a small strip mall directly next to the westbound 91 on-ramp). Excellent customer service and a willingness to be flexible if the customer runs into a little trouble with the due date. People only take out pay loans because they’re struggling. Coming from someone who’s been caught in the struggle for quite some time now, this is not the place you want to go to. Go someplace else, borrow money from friends, do anything you have to do but avoid this place.
I would highly recommend a boycott of this facility. They use overbearing and underhanded loan tactics - I wouldn't be surprised if one of the employees are stealing private information. After 30 minutes of making my taxi wait, I walked out empty handed and was promptly told by workers I would not be serviced by their sub-"standard" practice.
Slow service .. 2 employees only 1 working ... very rude ... I was there from 4:30 to 5:15.. very bad service .. personally they need new employees

ANA & DAFNE, FIND ANOTHER JOB, one where you are not working with the public. It is no one's fault but your own that you have a job or work for a company that you obviously hate or perhaps you love it because you can openly express your disdain for people and you know other companies would not allow it, no idea what's up with your life but DO BETTER ladies, you can do it! If for no one else, do better for yourselves and your professional image. To the CUSTOMERS, WARNING-take your business elsewhere people, they stay in business because of the people they do not want to service in a professional and friendly manner, convenience is not an excuse to keep giving this company your business.
