This place is horible.i have two income. One ssi. And one from work. I have a loan with them one time over a year.i have proof of all my incomes paystuff and ssi.too. i come today because i need some cash .for holiday..they too hash. .u wait one hour.behind six more stand in line.they have two ladies..one workab
This Banning location is unprofessional and rude. My husband has been going to this location for months and pays his loan every Saturday because he gets off work late on Friday and he works in Redlands and traffic is horrible going to Banning on Fridays. But today my husband was informed that he had to be in there office before 7pm and they could not wait until tomorrow like they have been. And she said that she will be putting the check into our bank account. And every time my husband went into pay there was a 1 to 2 hour wait. There is no excuse for this type of customer service.
