I called ahead to see about cashing a check and they couldn't even answer me and hung up what great service.
I called ahead before going to make sure they had enough cash on hand to cash the personal check I had. I gave them the check amount, the name of the creditor who issued the personal check but as a paycheck. It was a personal check written from my employers business account. The lady on the phone said everything would be fine and to come on in. The teller was nice, but not in the least helpful. She would not cash my check because she said the issuing bank told them not to. But I know for a FACT my boss had well over 200 x the amount of the issuing check in his account. Drove 20 miles out of my way and wasted 1-1/2 hours to get the run around. Take your checking business elsewhere!
