Been using check n go for last few months when I need emergency funds. They have been very helpful. Great customer service.
The manager at this location store #123 was soo rude. She saw me standing there while she was on a personal call for about 5 minutes. She showed lot of frustration as I felt I interrupt her personal call to help me! The whole process was an hour and uncomfortable as I've been here for years and never had a problem with all the staff until her. On top of it she gave me a loan in a check form and stated they were out of funds but the person next me to was getting cash loans. So I think again she made things inconvenient for me because I seem to irritated her some how. Never will have her help me again. I will pass on her and wait for another associate to help me next time.
