I went in today cause I loss my reciete for a tracking number so I could get to my mother. They told me I had to call there 1-800 number. I did and was told to go back and that they would give me a copy. Went back and told me they couldn't do it, so they said they would call to verify this. Took 20 mins. Then she calls her manager and tells her the story, finally she say that they are going to do this just this one time and with attitude. All they were doing all this time were talking about there buying a car and family matters and on their phones on company time. Very rude of them. Going to look for another place to do my business. Someone should doing something about this.
