I really wish I could give them 0 stars. My husband called to make sure I could cash a money order before walking in so we wouldn't waste our time. I go in and because it wasn't filled out she tells me very rudely she can't cash it because it's not filled. Mind me it's my very first time cashing a money order. So I go get it filled out by the purchaser and come back, she has all these requirements she can't even explain to me what she is doing when I asked. She can't find any info in her system and makes me feel super uncomfortable acting like this money order is a scam. She ends up saying I'm basically SOL and she can't cash it because she can't verify it. I swear she made my experience so aweful in front of another client in line and I left so furious I wanted to literally cry. Will never go back to this place and please don't waste your time they will not help you in the absolute!

I have been to many payday loan centers and this one is by far the worst! Lines are always long and the wait is always ridiculous. They only have 1 person working on friday morning being their busiest day. Everytime I wanted to reloan, I was told i needed different requirements by different staff members. The first girl told me I needed a actual check in order to reloan? I always reloan using my atm card. Some other time a different lady called my bank to nake sure my account wasnt closed? She said its something they always have to do. No other worker has done it just her! Then the girl that call to confirm the appt has no customer service! Very rude.
