I googled nearest Bank of America and it gave me this address so I drove there. I saw a signed that said Bank of America at the entrance and I also asked a person at property if I can bank here she said “yes” This is not a banking place place!!! Bank of America wasted my time parking and walking along distance to the door just so I could be told that this is not a banking facility. Bank teller lady , brown hair costed me a week of pain. She told me I'd be able to deposit a check thru the ATM to receive part of it instantly ( this happened 6/22/19) , and instead the funds are on hold until 7/23/19 ( today is 6/24/19) and on top of that she told me I could call the bank on monday ( today) and they'd able to release the funds for me. Every agent on the phone told me she gave me false information meaning she does not know how to do her job correctly. please train her better than to let her give out false info/. thank you
Teller did not know what she was doing. Told me to deposit my check in ATM for cash available instantly. I questioned her she guaranteed me it would be fine. They put a 10 day hold!!!! 5 checks bounced.
