Matts the man when it comes with easy interest payments. Really helped me out when I had to move out and get the rest of the money to move in. I really recommend this place but only if Matt's there.
I much prefer to go here over the actual dmv. Never a long wait. Staff is great and efficient.
I had a very poor experience. I went in to get my son's permit. He had already taken the test online and passed. I checked the hours of the location and it indicated they were open until 7pm. I arrived at 6:30pm and there was not a single customer inside. The lady at the counter indicated they don't do any driver license services after 6pm. This visit was a complete waste of time for me. Their website does not indicate that they stop providing services after a specific time. Also, there were no customers inside, so she could have provided great customer service by making an exception to the policy. Instead, she acted like a bureaucrat. I'm sure she made a great MVD employee at one time. I this place was supposed to be better than going to the MVD, instead I was treated as if I was at the MVD.
Called just to ask the fee for a road test since no price was listed on their website. When I asked the price they had to transfer me. After 14 mins on hold I just hung up. My niece then called, also got transferred, but waited less then a min. They quoted 82 for road test, 117 for written and road. That is INSANE. Only 25 bucks at the DMV.
