AVOID !! Friendly staff. Saved me hundreds of dollars because they would not let me inspect the pistol I was interested in. They said I could check it out after I bought it. This leads me to believe they sell broken and damaged goods. I was also interested in a welder and they told me they plugged it in outside and tried it but the plug was 110 and the welder was 220. And they would not guarantee the welder unless I paid for a warranty ?? AVOID!

Bad customer service....I called and the lady was extremely short with me.
It's an alright pawn shop as long as you know what you're looking for. The service people are friendly enough, but not overly friendly unless you've been in there a bunch of times like I have. Know what to look for on items you want to buy, guns, electronics, musical equipment, check for things that might need attention as they generally they only do the basic checks to make sure that it works when they take it in. If they know it's broken usually they'll put it on a discount rack or in the tub they have for broken and damaged items. Over the past year I've bought a good 5 firearms, and several tools and electronics and will keep doing so due to the stuff they get in from customers. Don't expect a good payday if you want to pawn something, expect about half of what it's worth used as they generally check values and listings for similar items. They do tend to sell rifles at a good price generally though.
Absolutely atrocious customer service, bad selection of over priced used tools. I was hear a few days ago and the larger lady there was rude too me as soon as I walked in. I had asked her if they took or sold and DeWalt drills as I had one as was looking to upgrade. Soon as that question came out of my mouth she responded with " we don't take "Trash like that so why don't you find a different store". I was shocked that someone who works there would actually say something like that to a customer let alone at all in a public area but my point is don't give them you're time or buissness as they don't deserve it let alone deserve to have a job.
