I've had one experience there and they seemed to be as fair as any other pawn shop. They need to make money on what they take in so be prepared to take less than what you may think your stuff is worth. I'll go back
Came in to look at the amazing gun collection they have and sure enough my husband found one! All of the staff was awesome, very helpful as well as a nice conversation! I would recommend this pawn store over all others
Lincolnway pawn is a great place! The people there are, friendly, and helpful. Every aspect of the business is efficient, and well organized. Whether you're cashing a check or pawning something, you are handled with respect and discretion. There is also a wide variety of items for purchase, jewelry, electronics, guns, bikes, video games etc... etc... etc... the only pawn shop you will ever need!
We brought a couple items in that were in really good condition, and literally all they took was a razor scooter for 3$. Don’t take your stuff here, they won’t take it. They’re not reasonable and they have terrible customer service and parking. Won’t be returning ever again :)
I went in with several hundred dollars in tools and after a significant wait (30 mins or so), I was offered 20 cents on the dollar, so I left. I later reconsidered, came back in and was offered 10 cents on the dollar on the same day. They refused to honor their earlier quote, so I left again with no trade and a couple hours of wasted time. Poor business ethic, poor customer service, I recommend going elsewhere.
