Easy to get a loan, but beware if you have an issue and need to make alternate arrangements. They will make a promise and not honor it. They were supposed to defer a payment on my husbands account and could even show him the notes in the system yet the automatic payment went through anyway causing us immediate financial distress. Not a good practice and extreme dissatisfied. Don’t put your account on automatic payment. Schedule payments yourself so you don’t get screwed like we did.

Original experience was ok. When I wanted to change the account I pay from, had nothing but grief. Then they cancelled my auto pay entirely. Paid the bill from the proper new account, and this month it seems they still have not set up the auto pay! Also, keep sending me statements that ask if I want additional funds, then they refuse! All I wanted was to extend the note or get a couple extra bucks to pay off some debts!
