If I could give less stars I would very awful customer service you ask to speak to a supervisor and they get very belligerent rude and aggressive asked for corporate number they told me to look it up myself they aren't my slaves got hung up on multiple times and then they only want collarteral of there choosing you don't get to make a list if you have a car they want a title to loan you money when all I wanted was an installment loan if I wanted a title loan I'd take one out somewhere else with better interest rates the place is scummy and very back door crooked feeling... please please take your business somewhere else don't waste your time with theses crooks
Very friendly and reasonable option for those with less than perfect credit. Always friendly when I call and quick response. One downfall is they don't allow you to do much other than make a payment on their website. It would be nice to see previous payments and account information.
Over drafted my account twice even though payments were cancelled and had called customer service on this, twice. Do not recommend.
Web site is false they don't help if your vehicle is in the shop cuz a broken drive shaft well I guess I'm not being able to go to work so I'm going to lose my job at Burger king cuz a consoultant doesn't feel confortable
