This is a finance company. I would imagine it is hard to get good reviews when you owe them, but as far as a business partner (I own a water company and they finance our customers), we are very happy with them. They have funded millions of dollars for us. Thank You Aqua!!!
The WORST place to finance with! Every month we have issues with trying to make a payment to them and every month the representatives have no empathy toward our frustrations... And threatening fees every month because AQUA won't take the payment out that we scheduled a week and a half before its due date! In this economy??? Safe to say it has to be the worst place to finance with. Happy to give us loans and won't let us pay on them!
Wish I would have never done business with this company. Had a water softener installed through Culligan, which was financed through Aqua Finance. I asked the salesperson point blank if my payment would ever change to which he responded "no". Monthly payment just jumped up for the remaining life of the loan and I was told nothing can be done about it and they must have forgotten to provide me with their "courtesy call" to notify me about it. Completely duped and would not recommend Aqua Finance.
I wish this had negative Stars! This has been the worst Finance Company I have ever dealt with. We financed a water softener system through Culligan and then they sold it to Connexus Credit Union and then from there my loan went to Aqua Finance they put doubles on my credit report so it showed that I had $3,000 worth of credit out when I only have 1500 they've hit my credit twice and to boot the first year was supposed to be 0% per the sales person and we were paying $100 payments and every month our bill was going up instead of down. I just paid it off in the original loan was for $2,000 and over the course of over a year of hundred-dollar payments per month I still owed $1,500. They are a scam! Pay them off as soon as possible and never go through them again!
Terrible financing company. Nothing but problems with billing. I have been charged 3 times in 5 weeks for trying to set up automatic payments, no one in this company can help, and any help that is offered can be taken with a grain of salt because the personnel at this company cannot do their jobs correctly. I wish I could give 0 stars, a single star gives this place too much credit.
