The absolute worst loan service you would ever want to experience. Do not go to this bank for a loan. They will screw it up over and over. They got rid of all the competent loan officers and put me with this inexperienced young gal. I was approved, and after months of waiting, because they forgot to submit it for 4 weeks or more, they gave my application to some one else. Suppose to be on the fast track since it was their screw up to start, but I've been waiting since April or maybe May. It is now August. They called me two weeks ago and said it was ready. I just had to sign. However, when I got there, they had the interest rate wrong. This young gal said " well it's only going to make $300+ difference in the life of the loan." I said, "I've waited this long, you might as well get it right." How long can it take to make a couple changes in the interest rate. Just redo the paperwork and call me back the next day. But no. It's been 2 more weeks and now she's calling again about my income, etc. For Pete's sake! Get someone who knows what they are doing. I have had a personal and business account with this bank for more than 10 years and this is how I'm treated. Do not go here for anything.
The staff is VERY friendly! They are always willing to help you as a customer and really work with you to make sure you leave impressed. Their products are also awesome! Great midwest bank!!
