My debit declined with no warning. I got no email, no call, no text. When I called to ask why a girl put me on hold to get a supervisor, which then led to a man answering, who promptly hung up on me. I then called back and kristin answered. I told her how frustrated I was due to the hang up and she completely ignored me and continued to ask personal information instead of de-escalating. Well congrats, your complete illustration of stupidity as a team is making me leave this bank. Honestly the woman even just called back and wow the nacricism is strong. She kept talking over me, insisting I listen to her explain details about my card. I get its 10 transactiona a day. But you need to send a text or email then explaining when my card is shut down for the day instead of leaving me abandoned with no support in a different city. It's cool my money is safe, but when I'm in a bad part of town stuck with no gas, ID PREFER MY BODY BE SAFE. IDIOTS.
