This bank has been the worst we have ever had to deal with. We will never do business with this bank or any of its affiliates again. They will charge you service/convenience fees just for making a payment on your loan over the phone and in person. Nor do they offer any type of online payment option. When asked by others if we recommend this establishment we will without a doubt give them our honest opinion to NEVER use this bank.
Here on Saturday not open close! Getting new hours after 2019
Well... if someone would answer the phone, that'd be great. Hung up after 58 mins of waiting for someone. Ridiculous, you're only open 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.. You can't answer a phone?
An absolutely seamless experience. Not only were Kim and the team extremely helpful and responsive to our loan, but I actually forgot my phone and wallet at their office (after closing) and Dean actually dropped them off at my office on his way home from work! Now that is what I call going above and beyond. Thank you Marine Credit Union, and thank you Dean!
Absolute garbage. Go to pay off my loan and somehow over 400$ extra gets added to my load to have it paid off. Worst experience ever
