This place is a complete joke!! Their staff in unknowledgeable. I'm a great customer who always pays early. They have run me in circles for 3 months with excuse after excuse as to why I can't get a $150.00 loan!!! Unacceptable!!! There are plenty of other companies out there. Don't waste your time nor money on a place like this who BULLY their customers and treat them like s***!!! Avoid and take your business elsewhere!!!!! I feel it's racism because they service mostly the African American community and I'm Caucasian. Racists!!!!
This place is a joke. The lady I worked with name is Ebony. I called and asked questions before I drove 50mins from my house to see if I can get a loan. She assured me that, They didn’t ran any credit checks unless it was $750& Over. I was told to bring in my ID or DL 30days of proof of income bank information, etc etc. I brought everything I needed... just to get turn down after waiting 2hrs! On top of that I had to wait til she got back from buying pizza so she can verify my place of employent!! Wast of time and gas. Never will I go there again
The employees were very friendly, helpful and informative thought out the entire process. As soon as my direct deposit was applied to my checking account, I was able to come right in to get approved for the loan I need. I recommend Flexible Finace to anyone who is in need of cash.
