The staff at this location are extremely rude and ignorant! I went in there today and instead of trying to help solve the problem they were cocky, and gave no help. They laughed at my situation, and throughout my entire visit continued to make ignorant comments about my situation. I don’t understand why a company would hire individuals like that to represent their business. This is an on going problem with this particular location and I don’t understand why they don’t have higher expectations for the employees. Someone needs to step in and hire people want to do the job that they are hired for, and will assist customers regardless and give good customer service. I would recommend finding another place to take care of your money business because people like that I would not ever trust with my money.
They argued with me about giving me a roll of quarters. I wanted to exchange $10 for a roll of quarters. They said everybody else charges for a roll of quarters. I've NEVER been charged for a roll of quarters, it's an even exchange. They acted like it's their personal money. Very ghetto and unprofessional. The parking is horrible. Almost got hit pulling and pulling out. The area is questionable, shady looking characters all around. Close the facility.
They have 10 booths. And one worker working one window. Even when there is 10+ ppl sitting here. Yes I'm sitting in line at this very moment. It's been 30 mins waiting. There two workers and it's seem filing paperwork is more important than getting people in and out of there doors
The girls that work there are all total b*tches. Seriously, PLS. Get some new staff and quit hiring trash. The rudeness level here is unlike ANYTHING I have ever experienced from a company before.
